The Story Behind Central Point Homes
Andrew Bogdanov’s passion for building started at a young age, working on small projects, building treehouses, and watching construction sites come to life. What drew him in was the ability to turn ideas into something real and lasting.
Over the past 10 years, he has worked as both a carpenter and superintendent, gaining hands-on experience across every stage of construction. This background allows him to approach each project with attention to detail and a strong understanding of the full building process.
He founded Central Point Homes to create something more personal. Too often, construction feels transactional—focused on numbers instead of people. Andrew built this company to focus on relationships, clear communication, and delivering results that truly reflect each homeowner’s vision.

From start to finish it was a great experience ! We were given an estimate, all of our questions were answered and the work to be done was explained to us in detail.
Andrew is very knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. I was given a date for the work to be done and Andrew and his team arrived on time and the work was done in a efficient, professional and timely manner. I am very happy with this and I would most definitely recommend!" We had our building he built us damaged by a neighboring fire and he is going to do the repairs. It is so lovely to hire someone for a job and KNOW that we are in wonderful hands.
